Job summary

NETZET is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end—from audits to optimization across Brand and non-brand campaigns, PMax, and YouTube. You will lead strategy, defend attribution, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands.

You will partner directly with clients during US Eastern business hours, own the funnel, and build landing pages and tracking improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and proven results.
• Experience driving CPA/ROAS improvements for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution models and explain impact to clients.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC Google Ads accounts end-to-end and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Conduct thorough audits before touching campaigns; document findings and present to clients.
• Manage brand vs. non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and optimize accordingly.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; build assets to remove bottlenecks.
