Job summary

Virtustant seeks a Digital Marketing Director to own 6–10 client accounts across paid media, websites, CRM, and creative. You’ll guide AI-powered options and approve final delivery, with day-90 autonomy and the ability to scale to additional accounts using streamlined processes.

You’ll build features via Claude Code, direct go-lives, redirects, and SEO/improvement tasks while maintaining a hands-on leadership style and continuous client value delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or at an agency.
• Final say on a client's ad spend, creative, or pricing, and you can name the decision.
• Google Ads and Meta campaigns you built and managed yourself.
• Daily work with Claude or a similar tool, and something real you released through it, like a site, an ad build, or code.
• The habit of checking AI output before it goes live.

Responsibilities

• Run the client relationship with owners, executive directors, and sales teams.
• Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch.
• Adjust budgets and bids, and cut the search terms that bring no leads.
• Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline imports from the CRM.
• Direct WordPress rebuilds, then own go-live, redirects, and Search Console.
• Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms so each lead can be followed to the sale.
• Approve client pricing changes, promotions, and policy pages.
• Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports before they go out.
