Job summary

Atomic HR is actively seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing data infrastructure. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, CRM connections, and the warehouse to enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for education and nonprofit clients.

You will collaborate with a scaling Data & Analytics team to ensure data quality, adopt modular dbt/Dataform pipelines, and maintain secure multi-client data environments while contributing to strategic reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in marketing or agency environments.
• Strong SQL and BigQuery experience for transformations and modeling.
• Expertise with dbt or Dataform pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM sources.
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery with efficient schemas and partitioning.
• Own transformation and mapping with dbt/Dataform pipelines, standard naming and metrics.
• Maintain CI/CD and data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer for Looker Studio dashboards and automated sheets.
• Drive data quality with monitoring, validation, and issue resolution.
