Freeway Consulting - Summit Partner Salesforce is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency, fully remote from LATAM. You will plan timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery across multiple locations.

You’ll bring 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, strong organization, and proficiency with Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficient with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to keep projects on track.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, strategy).
• Manage workloads and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress with reports and update stakeholders.
