Paired, a US-based marketing agency, seeks a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns and assets. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery from kickoff to final delivery.

Two+ years in creative/marketing project management in an agency environment is preferred. Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello) and strong communication skills are essential for success in this fully remote position.

Competenze

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools to manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder updates across teams.
• Understanding of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to address bottlenecks early.
• Bonus: experience with reporting tools or Agile methodologies.
