Scale Jet is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator/Creative Traffic Manager for a fully remote, LATAM-based role. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate timelines, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; clear communicaiton with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use project reports to identify at-risk tasks, escalate issues, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize Processes: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices in creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
