Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own a set of DTC accounts end to end, acting as strategist, buyer, and the client’s direct contact. Expect to audit thoroughly, separate brand vs.

non-brand growth, and defend your attribution and results to clients. You will operate across Feed, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, landing pages, and tracking, with ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to present results, plans and reasoning to clients.
• Fluent communication in English for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation under control by auditing auto features.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene and tracking setup.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting as needed.
