Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client point of contact, conduct audits, and drive incremental growth with a strong emphasis on PMax, Shopping, and YouTube.

Remote role with US Eastern hours; strong ownership and analytical mindset required. You will work directly with clients to present plans, defend decisions, and optimize campaigns for incremental value.

Qualifications

• Have run real-money ad campaigns for DTC/eCommerce with measurable CPA/ROAS results
• Fluent across the full ad-stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube and Merchant Center
• AI-native and able to build/ship landing pages using AI tools
• Excellent verbal and written English for client-facing work
• Skeptical of dashboards; comfortable running holdouts and independent analysis
• Available for US Eastern business hours for client calls

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact
• Audit campaigns and structure before taking over accounts
• Manage brand and non-brand separately with clear reporting
• Understand PMax impact and separate branded vs non-branded ROAS
• Control and audit Google automation (auto applied assets/campaigns)
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages to remove bottlenecks
• Build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reports) to remove constraints
