Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to lead end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will own campaigns, audits, and client communications, delivering measurable growth using PMax, Shopping, and brand/non-brand strategies.

We expect hands-on spend experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work U.S. Eastern hours. This is a remote, distributed role with high autonomy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans.
• Strong data-driven mindset with attribution and growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts pre-activity: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct business lines.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; defend decisions with rationale.
• Communicate results and strategy to clients; lead calls and updates.
