Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads at scale for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, defend your calls, and own the funnel from feed to conversion tracking.

You will audit accounts, optimize PMax, and build landing pages and scripts as needed. You must be proficient in GA4, GTM, Shopify tracking, and have hands-on spend with meaningful results.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with measurable results.
• Audit before touching anything: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, tracking.
• Own the full funnel: feed, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, landing page, and conversion tracking.
• Able to defend attribution opinions; optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.
• You can communicate with clients in English and work US Eastern hours.
• You are comfortable with remote, global work and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Direct client communication; present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Audit accounts before changes; provide Loom walkthrough to client.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Understand PMax and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Limit excessive automation; audit auto features and sitelinks.
• Own feed hygiene in Merchant Center and product data quality.
• Own tracking setup: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, reporting; leverage AI tools.
