Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own client campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution. You will directly interact with clients, audit accounts, and continuously optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, ensuring incremental growth and accountability for results.

You must be fluent in English, comfortable with DTC/ecommerce budgets, and capable of building landing pages and tracking to support aggressive growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and ecommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax, not just search.
• Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue impact and changes implemented.
• Strong English communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end as the strategist and client’s direct contact.
• Audit campaigns and structures before touching anything; provide a Loom walkthrough for clients.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate initiatives and report them separately.
• Monitor PMax performance and distinguish branded vs. non-branded effects.
• Own feed hygiene in Merchant Center and shopping delivery impact.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across landing pages, offers, and ads.
• Build or deploy assets (landing pages, scripts) to remove constraints.
