Qualifications

• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles across US, UK, and LATAM with focus on candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, extend offers, negotiate salaries and assist onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and business to understand strategy and talent needs.
• Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
• Identify trends to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to global recruitment protocols and track data in ATS.
