Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee the LATAM region remotely. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive delivery per contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English and leadership abilities. You will guide global project monitoring, manage resources, and mentor junior staff across multiple studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when required and manage IP, re-supply, re-labelling, and import/export licenses as needed.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor and trend study/site metrics; develop analytics strategy and study RBM tools.
• Support monitoring strategy development, attend study/client meetings, and drive process improvements.
• Develop study management plans and ensure thorough eTMF oversight and documentation.
• Mentor and coach junior staff.
