IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote across Latin America. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure fast, high-quality delivery while controlling costs, in line with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication. You will oversee a global project team and drive continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years remote or on-site CRA monitoring experience, advanced knowledge of ICH GCP/regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role and strong leadership capabilities.
• Fluent English communications and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project and clinical leads.
• Oversight on clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage study resources.
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis, and action planning.
• Develop analytics strategies and RBM tools; ensure audit readiness and eTMF oversight.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and participate in client meetings.
