IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. The role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure high-quality, timely delivery while aligning with IQVIA SOPs and client contracts.

The incumbent will oversee a global team, manage monitoring strategy, and mentor junior staff. The position requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in leadership, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global studies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, including re-supply and regulatory considerations.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage study resources and timelines.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools, including triggers and thresholds.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and advanced analytics development.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation of tools and templates.
