IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive oversight of global trials from a remote setting. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality, and cost, while adhering to IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role includes mentoring junior staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a Lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site). Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee study/site metrics, trend analysis, and action plans; support RBM and monitoring strategy.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project management and clinical teams.
