AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email campaign delivery for enterprise loyalty clients. 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management, and strong English communication are required. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and new client implementation is essential.

You will coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and serve as the main client contact, while leveraging tools like Workfront and Jira for tracking. Flexible remote/office options are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with new client implementation.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build begins.
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness (audience, content, offer, timeline).
• Lead kick-off meetings and document outputs and actions.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients and track milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact for campaign status, delivery, and escalations.
• Oversee day-to-day operational processes: campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization.
• Manage deployment including subscriber data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning; ensure test structures are defined and executable.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements.
• Develop campaign/process documentation and client-specific work instructions.
• Escalate risks to avoid missed SLAs.
