AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email campaigns for loyalty clients. The role requires 2+ years in campaign or project management, expertise in email marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and strong client-facing communication.

You will manage briefs, calendars, deployments, and QA, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and drive optimization and documentation across campaigns.

Formación

• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget).
• Experience with a new client implementation and strong client-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build begins.
• Validate briefs for completeness including audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings and document outputs and actions.
• Own the marketing calendar, track milestones, and flag risks.
• Serve as the primary client contact for status, delivery, and escalations.
• Manage campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain docs.
• Support A/B and multivariate tests with defined structures.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve workflows.
• Develop campaign/process documentation and client work instructions.
• Escalate risks to avoid missed SLAs.
