AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email campaign delivery for enterprise loyalty clients. You will document requirements, lead kickoff meetings, manage the marketing calendar, and serve as the main client contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Strong English, 2+ years in campaign management, and SFMC experience are required. You will coordinate deployment, testing, and optimization, using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Jira/Workfront.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and SFMC.
• Experience with new client implementation.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build.
• Validate briefs: audience, content, offer, timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and partners.
• Own the marketing calendar and track milestones.
• Coordinate client communications on status and escalations.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage deployment including data, segmentation, sending events.
• Submit campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain docs.
• Support A/B and MVT test planning.
