Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You’ll gather requirements, validate briefs, and lead cross-functional kickoff meetings to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in campaign or project management, and strong English communication. Flexible with remote/office options, and familiar with ESPs and project tools will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in a campaign management role.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, required.
• Experience with client implementation and working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and validate briefs.
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and partners.
• Own the marketing calendar and manage campaign milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact for status, delivery and escalations.
• Oversee day-to-day processes: setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate campaign deployment including data, segmentation, sending, and reporting.
