AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, is seeking a Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. This role drives campaigns from brief through delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage the marketing calendar, validate briefs, and optimize campaigns through testing and QA, while maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
• Agency or corporate in-house agency experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and clarify needs before build.
• Validate briefs for completeness including audience, content, offer and timeline.
• Initiate and lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients and track milestones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications on status and escalations.
• Handle day-to-day operational processes including setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage campaign deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain docs.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning and execution.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve workflows.
• Develop robust campaign/process documentation and client-specific instructions.
• Escalate risks and blockers to meet SLAs.
• Year-end success: campaigns run on schedule with proactive client communication.
