AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. The role requires 2+ years in campaign or project management, knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and strong client-facing communication in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in campaign, account, or project management.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and confirm exact needs before build.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and partners, document outputs.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients and track milestones.
• Be the primary client contact for campaign status, delivery and escalations.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate deployment including audience segmentation and sending.
• Submit campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain docs.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning with defined structures.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve operational workflow.
• Develop robust campaign and process documentation.
