Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to own and resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to mentor engineers through ambiguity.

Responsibilities include triage of support tickets, meeting SLAs, monitoring productions systems, and guiding architecture changes and integrations impacting hiring events. Remote work with global teams is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend experience with Java/Spring Boot and Django/Python
• Frontend experience with React
• Experience with build and deployment
• Ability to lead, mentor and own tasks
• Strong communication and data-driven troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradation
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting hiring events
• Maintain and update event logic in response to dependency changes
