AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead to own and resolve production issues in a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

This role blends hands-on engineering with real client impact, keeping complex systems reliable under pressure. You will drive timely resolutions, monitor production systems, and support architecture changes across multiple concurrent

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary backend stack.
• Django/Python as a secondary backend stack.
• React for frontend development.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Senior-level engineer capable of owning multiple projects.
• High ownership and autonomy, including merging and deploying code.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues during ongoing hiring events.
• Triage and address client-facing tickets with teams.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to dependencies.
