AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to resolve production issues on a high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead engineers through ambiguity, merging and deploying code with minimal guidance.

You will mentor engineers, monitor systems, and collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure timely resolutions that meet SLAs while supporting architecture changes and integrations impacting hiring events.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary backend stack.
• Django/Python as a secondary backend stack.
• React for frontend development.
• Technical leadership experience and ownership across multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues, with emphasis on ongoing hiring events.
• Partner closely with client-facing teams to triage and address incoming support tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond quickly to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations that may impact hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to changes in dependencies and upstream systems.
