AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

This role blends hands‑on engineering with real client impact, keeping complex systems reliable under pressure and guiding architectural changes across Event Management Backend, Lobby Frontend, and related systems.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Technical leadership experience and ability to mentor engineers.
• Strong ownership and ability to deploy and merge code independently.
• Excellent communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience with backend (Java/Spring Boot) and Python/Django, plus React frontend.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues on high-traffic hiring events.
• Triage and address incoming support tickets with client-facing teams.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to dependencies.
