AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to own live, high-traffic hiring product issues. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with mentoring engineers through ambiguity, balancing hands-on coding with client impact.

You will analyze production incidents, coordinate with client-facing teams, and drive issue resolution within SLAs while guiding system architecture changes and ensuring reliable event logic as hiring events evolve.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot as primary backend stack.
• Experience with Django/Python as secondary backend stack.
• Strong React frontend experience.
• Kafka, GraphQL, SQL or MongoDB experience.
• Build/deploy experience and architecture changes.
• Exposure to Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena is a plus.
• Ability to lead, own tasks, and mentor engineers.
• Clear communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues, focusing on ongoing hiring events.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage and address tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to upstream changes.
