Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage sales and account development.

• Ability to prospect, manage multiple customers, and coordinate shipments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through outbound sales and business development.
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of commercial accounts with retention and revenue growth focus.
• Manage the full freight brokerage cycle from prospecting to shipment execution.
• Source and coordinate reliable carriers based on shipment needs.
• Negotiate carrier rates while maintaining margins and profitability targets.
• Communicate proactively with customers through shipment lifecycle and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and develop long-term relationships.
