MAVI places experienced finance and accounting professionals into senior, high-ownership roles at high-growth US companies. In this FP&A role you’ll shape the annual plan, rolling forecasts, and management reporting while partnering with non-finance leaders to drive strategic decisions.

You’ll move beyond routine reporting toward real planning, business partnering, and decision support, owning budgeting, driver-based modeling, and insightful financial commentary that informs leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Hands-on budgeting & forecasting ownership.
• Strong 3-statement financial modeling.
• Good understanding of P&L, cash flow, working capital.
• Experience with variance analysis and management reporting.
• Able to explain finances to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
• Build driver-based financial models across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Run monthly actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis.
• Partner with business teams to translate hiring, pricing, revenue, marketing, and operating assumptions into the financial plan.
• Own or support cash-flow forecasting and scenario planning.
• Prepare recurring management reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance commentary.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Help improve planning tools, reporting processes, and FP&A discipline.
