Latinolegends is seeking a Financial Analyst & Reporting Specialist to support its fractional CFO services for a portfolio of service-based clients. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting, with strong emphasis on turning data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A/financial reporting, proficiency in QuickBooks and Fathom HQ, and can collaborate across teams while working US business hours in a remote LATAM setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or financial reporting for a U.S.-based company.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Experience with Fathom HQ or similar reporting platforms.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts for multiple clients.
• Develop financial models to evaluate revenue trends, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor cash flow activity and identify opportunities to optimize working capital.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Create KPI dashboards using financial reporting platforms such as Fathom HQ or similar tools.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping to review monthly close outputs and flag anomalies.
