ElevenLabs, a leading AI research and product company, seeks a Deployment Strategist to work with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM teams, and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise customers. You will synthesize workflows, identify the most impactful problems, and guide customers through architecture and adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will own strategic engagements, partnering with customers’ teams, and collaborate with R&D to shape the roadmap.

Formación

• 3+ years of enterprise customer experience.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Comfort structuring value propositions and enterprise deals.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration sufficient for prototyping.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and locate pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from identifying use cases to closing.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customers and work with engineers to bring them to life.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g., ElevenAgents).
• Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to new and existing customers.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure production and measurable outcomes.
