Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Portfolio Leader to directly manage a blended team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, delivering Agentforce solutions in complex customer environments. This role combines hands-on engineering leadership with executive-level strategy to scale production AI deployments.

You will recruit and mentor top talent, drive architectural decisions, and partner with Product and Engineering on pilots and rollout strategies to accelerate customer value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
• Experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Scale elite talent by recruiting, mentoring, and developing the next wave of builders.
• Maintain operational velocity by monitoring delivery metrics and coaching teams.
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority across Salesforce, LLMs, data pipelines and orchestration.
• Guide enterprise implementations, remove barriers, and codify repeatable delivery methodologies.
• Drive agentic adoption by building executive relationships and ensuring activation.
• Accelerate portfolio performance with governance and key metrics.
• Align with Services, Account Success, and Product to move customers from pilot to production.
