Job summary

Evotym is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to own complex payment issues for B2B merchants and providers. You will investigate root causes, coordinate with developers during incidents, and help scale the support function as the company grows.

The role requires reading JSON, API familiarity, and knowledge of 3D‑Secure 2.0. Fluency in English and Russian is required, and the position is fully remote with international scope.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in B2B technical or integration support.
• Hands-on payments experience at a gateway/bank or payment orchestration platform.
• Experience reading JSON and working with APIs using Postman.
• Practical understanding of 3D‑Secure 2.0.
• Fluent English and Russian (B2).

Responsibilities

• Handle technical support requests from B2B merchants and payment providers through to resolution.
• Investigate root causes of complex payment issues and drive corrective actions beyond standard troubleshooting.
• Analyze transaction failures using transaction IDs, logs, API responses, and JSON fields.
• Coordinate incident response with the development team from alert to resolution.
• Manage daily refund requests and related dispute cases until closure.
• Build and maintain internal Knowledge Base articles from investigations.
