Job summary

Félix is seeking an experienced software engineer to shape the core architecture of our Fintech Platform. You will work in one of three squads—Payments, Disbursements, or GRC—to build, optimize, and scale backend microservices powering cross-border money movements.

You will tackle secure, high-performance systems, mentor peers, and collaborate with product, compliance, and operations to deliver reliable financial solutions for a growing global community.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering in fast-paced fintech environments.
Strong English communication skills.
Proven track record shipping scalable backend services.
Experience with web services and REST APIs.
Familiarity with microservices and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable backend microservices.
Develop payments, disbursements, or GRC workflows.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and ops teams.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
Ensure security and regulatory compliance in platforms.
