Latinolegends is seeking a Senior Accountant to own and manage the day-to-day accounting operations from a remote LATAM location. The role covers AP, AR, inventory accounting, treasury support, and financial reporting, with opportunities to grow into a finance leadership position.

Requires professional English proficiency and overlap with US Central Time. Responsibilities include period-end close, reconciliations, and process improvements as the company scales, with a hands-on, ownership-focused

Formación

• Own the full AP cycle in NetSuite and manage vendor interactions.
• Manage invoicing, cash application, and collections across channels.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Record inventory, landed costs, and import accounting.
• Support treasury duties and cash forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Own AP cycle management and vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Own invoicing and cash application across channels.
• Manage month-end close and reconciliations.
• Record inventory receipts, landed costs and import entries.
• Prepare borrowing base certificates and cash position reporting.
• Support finance operations and documentation.
