dLocal is seeking a FinOps Analyst in Buenos Aires to join the FinOps team. You will participate in developing and supporting automation of reconciliations, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in related areas, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluent English. We offer flexible schedules, a dynamic Fintech environment, a referral bonus, social budget, and remote-friendly collaboration hubs.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Projects, QA testing, internal/external auditing, reconciliations, or multinational companies.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
• Experience with Simetrik would be a plus.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accountant, administration/accountant student, or similar career.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the development, implementation, and support of FinOps automation of all the reconciliation processes of the company.
• Propose new ideas to improve current processes of FinOps team.
• Be active in proposing ideas to create new processes, as well as improving the existing ones.
• Identify and report issues within the automate platform for reconciliation.
• Follow up corrective actions to resolve differences and deficiencies reported.
• Work closely with FinOps team and other teams of the company.
