• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and status-update capability.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose fixes.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines by planning schedules across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates and risk flags to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main point of contact for internal teams.
