Job summary

US Marketing Agency is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

A background in managing creative projects within an agency setting is preferred. You will create and maintain timelines, align tasks across designers, copywriters, and strategists, and drive efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities for stakeholder updates and team collaboration.
• Working knowledge of how design and content fit into larger marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources, reallocating tasks to meet objectives.
• Track and report progress, identify at-risk tasks and update stakeholders.
• Optimize processes by spotting inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Facilitate clear communication as the main point of contact for the team.
