Pavago is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote contractor role focuses on coordinating creative campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional teams across design, copy, and media.

You’ll manage Asana workflows, track milestones, and report progress to stakeholders. With 2+ years of project management experience in marketing or agency settings, you’ll optimize processes, ensure timely delivery, and support a high-performing creative operation in a remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficient with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in Asana or similar tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional teams (design, copy, marketing) to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage workload and resources, ensuring the right people and assets are in place.
• Track & report progress, identify at-risk tasks, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize processes to enhance creative operations and efficiency.
• Facilitate clear, regular communication with internal teams and leadership.
