Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Experience coordinating design, copywriting, and marketing projects.
• Hands-on with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in Asana or similar.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Track progress with reports and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
• Communicate clearly as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
