Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, strong organizational skills, and solid experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello. This is a fully remote contractor role aligned to US Central time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and comfortable presenting updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines using Asana or similar tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, copywriting, and marketing strategy.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress with reports and elevate issues promptly to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements for creative operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and ensure timely updates.
