Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a highly proactive operations professional to join as a right-hand to leadership.

This role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to translate high-level requests into organized next steps, with a focus on ensuring priorities and deadlines are met while building scalable processes. You will coordinate workflows, manage follow-ups, maintain SOPs, and leverage AI and automation to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in business/operational roles or similar.
• Ability to own problems and translate high-level requests into actionable steps.
• Experience working with founders or senior leadership is valued.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; can manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations, projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Work with founders and executives to move key initiatives.
• Track action items, follow-ups, deliverables, and decisions.
• Build, document, and improve workflows, processes, and SOPs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain CRMs, PM tools, databases, and internal docs.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support executive priorities, meetings, calendar, and communications.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve productivity.
• Research problems independently and propose solutions.
• Support other areas of the business as needed.
