Shadow Light Studios is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a fully remote role based in LATAM. You will anticipate needs, draft email replies with 2-3 options and a recommendation, and partner with the CEO as a thinking collaborator rather than a task-taker.

You’ll own the CEO’s inbox and calendar across time zones, coordinate travel and conferences, manage vendors and personal logistics, and help automate repetitive work using AI tools while maintaining airtight discretion and

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or strong related role with tech savvy.
• Real travel-planning chops for complex itineraries.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with time-zone accuracy.
• Proactive, flexible mindset and ability to work with AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Triage CEO inbox, calendar, travel, and meetings with proactive prioritization.
• Coordinate travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, cars, rewards optimization.
• Lead conference prep and logistics for ~10-12 events per year.
• Manage outbound logistics with vendors and organizers (not client-facing).
• Act as liaison with internal/external stakeholders; maintain professional communication.
• Handle business admin and personal/household logistics to support CEO life.
• Identify repetitive tasks and drive automation or systematization.
• Tackle special projects using AI tools; provide findings and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality with airtight discretion.
