Job summary

Stay’d is hiring a remote Sales Support role that acts as the right hand to the Sales Lead. You’ll manage the inbox, book calls, follow up with leads, and prepare pro formas to help close deals. Candidates should be organized, proactive, and comfortable writing to new contacts.

Role is full-time and remote, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm ET. You’ll work closely with the Sales Lead to keep deals moving and schedules clear across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience as an executive assistant or sales support role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and calendar tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the sales inbox so nothing important is missed or left unanswered.
• Send emails on behalf of the sales lead, clearly and professionally.
• Message leads and follow up until there is a next step.
• Schedule calls and keep the sales lead’s calendar organized.
• Organize and maintain the call list so every day starts with clear priorities.
• Run pro formas for prospective clients.
