Silver is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional for a remote contractor role. You will configure CRM platforms, manage revenue tools, and improve workflows across SaaS environments to boost data accuracy and reporting.

You will build and optimize workflows, maintain clean data, and produce clear documentation and guidelines. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential as you support system adoption and revenue operations improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
