Qualifications

• +5 years managing email marketing for e-commerce brands.
• Proven experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar design tools to create or edit email templates and visual assets.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and automated flows.
• Experience managing or coordinating designers, copywriters, or marketing contractors.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage campaign calendars and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience working with high-growth consumer brands.
• Understanding of SMS marketing strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of segmentation and personalization.
• Experience scaling email revenue as a major channel for e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing strategy across multiple e-commerce brands.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Replenishment, Win-back).
• Plan and manage weekly campaign calendars.
• Oversee a small team responsible for email design, copy, and execution.
• Analyze campaign and flow performance to improve revenue.
• Design or edit email templates and visual assets using Figma or similar tools, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns.
• Run A/B tests and optimize segmentation and targeting.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns and maintain high-quality standards.
