AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will manage client requirements, lead kickoff meetings, and own the marketing calendar while coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 2+ years in a campaign or project management role, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, and strong communication skills. Upper-intermediate English and prior agency experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge required.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Able to organize and prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal communication and problem solving with attention to detail.
• Able to work directly in a client-facing role.
• Agency or in-house agency experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document client campaign requirements, ensuring exact needs are understood before build begins.
• Validate briefs for completeness: audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners; document outputs and actions.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients; track milestones and risks.
• Serve as the primary client contact for campaign status, delivery, and escalations.
• Oversee day-to-day operational processes including setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending for loyalty campaigns.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning; ensure tests are defined and executable.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve workflows.
• Develop campaign and process documentation; create client work instructions.
• Escalate risks and blockers early to avoid missed SLAs.
• At year-end, ensure campaigns run on schedule and client communication is reliable.
