Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking an experienced, client-facing Email Marketing Strategist to lead Klaviyo programs for luxury e-commerce brands. You will work closely with the Director of Email Marketing, account managers, designers, and clients in the U.S. to develop campaigns, automate flows, and drive growth.

This remote role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Klaviyo and email marketing for ecommerce brands.
• Experience developing and optimizing email campaigns, flows, and segmentation.
• Strong client-facing experience managing relationships and expectations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills across multiple accounts.
• Ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications through calls, meetings, and Slack with clear expectations.
• Develop email marketing strategies to improve engagement, conversions, retention, and revenue.
• Coordinate campaign calendars, creative briefs, and promotional plans.
• Review email designs and copy, providing feedback for quality and brand consistency.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across internal teams.
• Perform QA checks, including link testing and deliverability.
• Use AI tools to streamline content planning and campaign workflows.
• Support prospect audits, account assessments, and initial campaign setup.
