Formación

• 3+ years in Email Retention Marketing for B2C ecommerce.
• Expert in Klaviyo with advanced features like predictive analytics and segmentation.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email design and customization.
• Experience with enterprise ecommerce brands preferred.
• Excellent client communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Klaviyo-based email strategies aligned to client goals.
• Optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back) and signup forms.
• Create content calendars and coordinate with clients and CS managers.
• Analyze lifecycle metrics via Klaviyo and Google Analytics; derive insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to increase ROI and retention.
• QA campaigns for accuracy, dynamic data rendering, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful email programs.
• Stay updated on Klaviyo features and industry trends.
