Hustler Marketing is seeking a Design Team Lead to manage day-to-day design efforts for email and SMS campaigns. You will ensure high craft, provide clear direction to designers, and align with account managers on campaign needs.

You will also mentor the team and drive process improvements. You will balance hands-on design with leadership, maintaining quality across multiple client brands while keeping projects organized and on schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 3 years in email marketing design.
• Expert in Figma, including building and maintaining component libraries.
• Ability to mentor designers and run a design team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience producing email/SMS campaigns, ad images, GIFs and short videos.
• Strong portfolio showing client work across brands and niches.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate feedback clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Review and guide the design team's work before delivery to clients.
• Diagnose design issues and specify actionable fixes.
• Advise account managers on campaign visuals and priorities.
• Hands-on design work when workload requires.
• Maintain consistency across client brands and campaigns.
• Lead weekly team calls and one-to-ones; mentor junior designers.
